2024 Real Estate Prediction
This is the first year I took the leap to make a “Prediction” video for Iowa City Area real estate. It was a blast putting my thoughts together and taking a stab at video editing. There’s the formal version (dig deep for viewer endurance), and the “fun” version for some giggles.
